I have a helm that is already um, but doesn't need it anymore cause i max out the resis. does the 15% ias jewel be good for my zeal and smite pala, I have Grief phase sword

also is 15 %ias jewel that max??

I assume you're using Fanaticism with Zeal/Smite. If you have a Grief Phase Blade, you don't need any additional IAS. You're already reaching max Zeal/Smite speed.

And yes, 15% IAS is the max on a jewel.

If you're going to do Ubers and have some spare Ums, by all means go for it! UberMephi's Conviction aura can hurt. A lot.
