need sorc help SP

hey all i need some help with a sorc build. i play Single player and i dont have any high lvls to mf with (this char will eventualy be my mfer) so i need a build that isnt very item dependent. i was thinking meteor/orb but i dont know what my skill allocations should be someone help.

Here is the standerd Meteorb

Stats:
Str: Enough for equip or 156 if you plan to use a "Spirit" Monarch
Dex: Base, with merc and tele you wont need max block
Vit: Everything else
Energy: Base, if you want to put a few in here go ahead but base it recommended

Skills
Cold Tree:
20 Frozen Orb
5-8 Cold Mastery (depending on Fire bolt)
1 Frozen Armor
Prerequisites : Ice Bolt, Ice Blast, Frost Nova, Glacial Spike, Blizzard

Lightning Tree:
1 Static Field (a must on all sorcs)
1 Teleport
Prerequisites : Telekinesis

Fire Tree:
20 Meteor
20 Fireball
20 Fire Mastery
1-5 Fire Bolt (depends on Cold Mastery)
1 Warmth
Prerequisites : Inferno, Blaze, Fire Wall

alternatively you can be a CL/FO. Its the same but with CL, Lightning, Charged bolt and lightning mastery instead of the fire spells

since he is playing SP i think that he should spend some points into energy in the beggining, but not a lot, just enough to no feel sufocated by the lack of mana.

My SP Meteorb just used Serpent Lord and ALOT of pots.

FeXrO, this is your call while some points in mana will help alot at the start later on they seem like a waste, more so if your merc has Insight.
