Hi.

I looked around a bit but I haven't been able to find the answer to this.

How does thunderstorm work with the mods +lightning skill damage and -enemy lightning res from for example griffon's eye and facets?

Are both mods taken into account when ts hits, or when it is cast, or some combination?

I think the most logical would seem when it hits, but I'd like answers from someone who really knows. :D

I think:

+damage is added when you cast it. So you can prebuff it quite high, cast TS, and remove your prebuff gear and still keep the high casting damage. Also, +damage is added to your mastery, so the +~15% on Griffon's is just like an extra +1 Lightning Mastery... not that much extra damage at all.

damage increases from -enemy resistance is calculated when TS strikes.

<--- I think. :p
