Hotkeys in D3

Hello, there were so much talk about "tab"key to swich skills but i want say nothingis better then hotkeys =). Will this feature be implemented like it was in Diablo 2 ? Does someone have info about this ?

I don't understand what you're trying to say.

Tab can be used as a hotkey, did you mean that we should have the power to set it to another key? And yea we can set hotkeys in Diablo II?

i think that is what he is saying and i think most people here agree that we will be able to remap the controls for the most part

Omg ,see hotkeys example how it was in D2 and how i want it to be in D3 :
"E"- teleport
"Q"- frozen orb
"W'- glacial spike
etc
So,basically its just binding skills to specific key. I press keyand switch to specific skill. Thats all

Yeah, they definately nailed the casting system in D2, I myself was never fond of the usual 1-= hotkey bar, using the F keys and only left/right click made it so much more fun, and the combat a lot smoother, lets hope they keep the good stuff and make it better ;-)

DII system was incredibly slow, now they kinda improved it, giving you 5 instant cast skills at a time, which I think is pretty good. I'm sure you can remap them. I just wish I could switch between more skills...

i imagine whatever they do it will be fast and easy, that seems to be the entire basis for d3
