No, that would discourage non direct damage builds. Blizz don't need to implement new anti-leeching features, we have the leave party button and it's all that's needed.

agreed, this would go against the co-op they are trying so hard to establish. the best way to prevent leeching is to stop giving xp to people who a super high level gets a kill. it never made sense to me that i could sit in tristram for 2 minutes and gain a level or so just because some level 80 sorc fired a few orbs around.

also if you hate leechers the level restriction is a nice feature

I guess you will get some exp when you are in party with a high level and some loot but I imagine it will be better if you party up with equal levels.
