Frostmaiden Immune Problems!

After getting the majority of my major gear I still find problems with cold immunes. My physical dmg is not high and it takes quite a few Strafes to kill the immunes. Heres my setup:

80 Vit

Nightwing Veil 15% Cold Dmg / 15ias/14ed Jool (Could upgrade this)
Highlords Wrath
Chains of Honour' 14ed Wyrmhide
'Ice' 209ed (1 off perf ed role) +3 Skill Mat Bow
Layer on Hands (looking for 2b/c 20ias etc mods)
Razortail
Raven 210+ 19 dex
Manald Heal ( I lack ML, will probs be SOJ)
WT's

8 B/C Skillers
16/15 Torch
Life/Mana Sc's

20 FA
20 CA
20 Valk
1 in 1 point wonders/pre req

I have about 20 skill points spare and all extra stat points will go in Dex.

Im using a Might Merc w/ Insight for mana.

Now im thinking of getting Max Dmg charms, a better Jool for NW, maybe max Strafe for dmg.

Max strafe. I have a M'avizon with the same skill setup and merc, cold immunes aren't too tough. Make sure to use your decoy a lot, and I use the Crescent Moon amulet for mana/life leech. Your build looks a bit fragile, but if you know what you're doing you won't get hit at all anyway. If your AR is too low, you could swap a few skillers for some Steel GCs of Vita.
