im assuming 3% frw, 20 life, but what is the other 20?

My understanding is that it is 3 to maximum damage, 20 to life, and 20 to attack rating.

I just checked the DNT list for Europe + East Ladder, and nothing is mentioned about 3/20/20s. Of course on NL the DNT-list has included 3/20/20s for ages.

In Europe the ladder DNT list is empty. Xora and I are deciding about dubious ladder items individually. Non-ladder is the place where all the stuff from the last 8 years has accumulated while the ladder gets reset from time to time.

Yeah, my memory of them not being tradeable comes from the East Trade Forums during Xircon's time as mod... not sure on other forums or updated rules.

Aside for what Krischan stated, it's best to check with trade mods from whatever forum the OP trades in.
