New(ish) need some help

Im a returning D2 addict. Last time i played the fastest way to the top was cow/baal til 40, then nm the repeat til 60 then hell then repeat.

What i was wondering is what is the fastest way to the top.

Whats the min level for baal/cow/trist runs and at what points should i be moving onto the next difficulty.

It assumes your getting rushed and playing on battlenet, but the places to do the leveling are still good.

Basically:
Trist to 15
Tombs to 20
Cows to 24-25
Baal to 40
NM Baal till 70s

Generally for trist it's up to lvl 15, then tombs till 20, then cows till 25 where I usually do baal runs until 44ish, that's for norm. Then for nm the only you should do is get baal runs until you get around 66ish. In hell it's the samething as nm. (at least that's what I do)

Ps: remember when all there was to do was cows until your eyes started to bleed? Sigh the good old diablo days.
