Help making a Faith bow.. on a cedar bow??

Hey everyone

I'm trying to make a faith bow, and just recently found a sup cedar bow (11-33, fast, 15% ED, 4os)

I understand cedar bows are exceptional bows, not elite.. but im just wondering if thats a good enough bow to make a faith..

Im just confused as to how the damage aspect gets applied when the RW is formed.. the 330% ED.. is that just added onto the 11-33 damage?

So on screen it would look like 11-33 x 3.30 = 36.3 - 108? (disregarding the 120 fire damage...)
36-108... doesn't seem like much damage to me... and so im sure im doing something wrong here...

can ayone point out the problem? or is cedar bow just not the right one to make a RW out of?

is this for a merc? if not, since you already have the runes to make faith, i'd just spend that little bit extra to get a +3 MB or GMB bow. if you're going to spend a couple HRs, might as well buy a good bow to put it in.

Actually, it's:

10 - 29 * (4.3 + 0.15) = 44 - 129 (86.5 Avg)

But yeah, that probably doesn't make you any bit happier.

Just because you find something with perfect superior doesn't mean you need to invest runes into it. I know how you feel, but there's nothing good that can come out of you socketing the runes for Faith into that bow. You should definately wait for a better bow... one that is ELITE. Any non-superior Elite bow will easily beat the damage on that superior Cedar Bow.

12 - 52 * (4.3) = 51 - 233 (142 Avg)

unless you're rolling around in dozens of high runes use an elite bow instead even if it isn't superior

Use it for TirIthSolKo and run like crazy. In all seriousness, that's probably going to be the best damage option that bow's gonna get, too.

100 damage doesn't sound like much, but when you get thousands of off-weapon ed%, it will shine. Then bring a windforce which has several hundreds of weapon damage and you'll own
