I decided to download and slow down both the Wizard Trailer from Diablo3.com, and the 6-minute gameplay footage that's been posted on YouTube and elsewhere (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u2azMHCaO_k). I went second-by-second and tried to find everything that is of interest, minus the obvious things everyone has been talking about.

Please feel free to add to the list, or comment on what I already have here. I thought it might be helpful for those that don't have the time to examine every little frame.

Wizard Trailer, after actual gameplay begins:

(1:54) Wave of Force
Here the Wizard casts a Nova-esque spell, jumping into the air and blasting the ground under her. This causes damage, and all the doodads in the area to break. This is also used later in the video, to repel projectiles.

(1:54-1:58) Unnamed Explosion Skill, Level Up Graphic!
Here, the Wizard casts multiple Explosion spells, triggered wherever you click. Also, she levels up, signaled by a huge windy explosion from ze heavens.

(2:00) A critical strike? The explosion literally blasts the ghoul into a shower of gore and bones.

(2:04) Mirror Image Skill
The decoy spell here pops up five doppelgangers that all seem to use your current melee attack.

(2:06) 2 new monster-types
A large Abomination-looking creature with big spikes protruding, and red bat creatures.. maybe Gloams?

(2:06) Ray of Frost Skill
An ice beam that looks like the cold-version of Disintegrate. It freezes the two Abomination creatures solid.

(2:14) Meteor Storm Skill
Another type of Meteor Spell, but this one looks more rainbow-colored and has more, smaller comets than the first seen at 1:58. It takes out a door and the enemies behind it.

(2:17) Visually an awesome looking area with a drop-off into a deep abyss.

(2:21 - 2:24) More traps, these spawning skeletons. In the other video, these traps activate after a brief conversation with the Skeleton King.

(2:24) Physics from the Disintegrate takes out some columns and a wall over some skeletons.

(2:27) Purple corpses from the Wizard's arcane spells.

(2:29) New monster-type?
Maybe new, but probably just a different type of skeleton.

(2:31) Huge, gory explosion from what?

6-minute Gameplay Footage:

(1:10 - 1:45) Tornado Skill
Here we see the tornado skill in use for the first time. It's cast, and then takes a seemingly random route away from the caster. We also see the ice-version of Disintegrate here, again. Magic Missile is cast a few times, and there are multiple missiles per cast, probably due to an upgrade.

(1:55) Arcane Orb Skill
Wizard casts several large arcane spheres that explode with AoE damage on impact.

(1:57) The Wizard presses a button on the wall, causing a chandelier to drop down and smash the enemies in front of her.

(2:09) New Monster-type?
I don't recognize those things, but they're pale and ghoul-like, with very elongated right arms.

(3:10) "The Summoning has failed!" As a monster is summoned and then dispatched in a big explosion of gore. Also see another Level Up boom here.

(4:07) The WD is seen here, able to lob his firebombs over a balcony and onto a lower floor. It was mentioned by someone that the Wizard's Disintegrate can go horizontally only.

(5:19) Stone Skin Skill?
The Wizard casts something on herself briefly, with a golden glow. For the next few seconds, it looks like she is walking slower and more graytone. At 5:24, she releases the energy in a gold AoE explosion. Is it Stone Skin?

So, to recap, from both videos:

New skills:
- Wave of Force
- Unnamed Explosion Skill
- Mirror Image
- Ray of Frost
- Meteor Storm
- Tornado
- Arcane Orb
- Stone Skin?

New monsters:
- Big Abomination-looking monster with big spikeys
- Red flying bat-demons (Gloams?)
- Maybe at a new axe-wielding monster-type at 2:29 of first video)?
- Ghoul-looking creatures with elongated right arm-things++9

It actually looks like this Wizard took a page out of the DnD arcane casters. A lot of similar spells, similar relative level of variety in spells (well, within reason - this is an action RPG of course).

You are missing her zappin' skill. The inferno-chain lightning hybrid.

Yeah, I wrote this the day of the trailers being released, before we had any new info. Just went ahead and updated it a little bit. :) The Reflect Projectile is actually Wave of Force, as well.

Be sure you watch out, leveling up has a really flashy graphic, actually a huge explosion, it might be really easy to mistake it as an AOE spell.

But yea, nice stuff, the class looks exciting :p

(1:54-1:58) Unnamed Explosion Skill, Unnamed Comet Skill
Here, the Wizard casts multiple Explosion spells, triggered wherever you click. Also, she casts a huge Comet-looking spell that blasts her area with a big, windy fireball.

this "unnamed comet skill" is a level up.

(2:29) New monster-type?
What are those two enemies right before they get blown to pieces? They don't look like skeletons to me.

I'd say these are just a different type of skeletons - a melee version wearing armor. Look at 1:40-1:44. Seems to be the same enemy. Could be a ghoul though, I only have a low res version and thus can't really say.

(0:41 - 0:58) Have a pretty hefty-looking mercenary helping out with the Witch Doctor as well. Mercenary uses melee, and also seems to use the Barbarian's Ground Stomp and Cleave abilities.

This "hefty-looking mercenary using Barbarian's skills" is... guess what.... a Barbarian! Coop 4tw.

(3:10) "The Summoning has failed!" As a monster is summoned and then dispatched in a big explosion of gore. Again, we see the Comet spell used here.

again: level up (this time the barbarian). If I remember right: later at the bridge (?) the WD also has a level up.

I was a bit in doubt about it myself and misplaced that animation with a spell. Nice to see others spotting this as the level-up animation

Kaeros, i will add this to the libary.
