just killed diablo on my first run through the game. lod is loaded and patched to v 1.12, I have a lvl 37 expansion character. I see no options to do anything except keep playing in act v. what am I missing? hate to be such a dumba$$... but where is the option to start a new game in nightmare?

To make a game / play on Nightmare-Mode+
You have to complete Rite of Passage (Act-V) + Eve of Destruction (Act-V)...

Level Requirement:
Rite of Passage Normal-Mode (Lv. 20)
Rite of Passage Nightmare-Mode (Lv. 40)
Rite of Passage Hell-Mode (Lv. 60)

so I have to finish act v to be able to play nightmare? everything I have seen says after killing diablo

Non-Expansion (Classic): After Normal Diablo (IV) ~ Nightmare-Mode...
Expansion (LoD): After Normal Baal (V) ~ Nightmare-Mode...

try logging out and logging back in again...nightmare option should now be there.if not do baal again.
