Which Items are Bo-Able for HP?

Does +3/20/20 sc's give Bo-able life?

lvl 97 barb = 55 hp+96x2+60 hp ( no extra points in vita )
307 hp base with no charms/items/no vita points right?

charms
37 x 3/20/20 = 740 hp
20 stat anni = 20 x 4 hp
20 stat btorch = 20 x 4 h
charms total hp = 900 hp

lvl 97 no vita points+charms+no items = 1207 hp

if a lvl 55 bo barb gives me Bo, I should get (3x54 +35 %) bonus right? or 2.97x HP

2.97 x 1207 = 3584.79 hp right? or should I get some other number?

is fort HP Bo able?145.5 hp at lvl97 ( 1.5x fort )
Would I get (1207+145.5) x ( 2.97 ) = 4016.925 hp or ((1207 x 2.97 ) +145.5) = 3730.29 hp

what about a 3 sock +100hp skull visage with 40/15s?
is that hp Bo able? or added after Bo multiplier?

+life from charms is bo-able.
+life from fort and bk-ring are not bo-able.
HP from vitality points invested yourself are bo-able
Hp from vitality points gained from items are not bo-able.

any +life on magical items is bo-able.

Straight +life is Bo'able. +life/level and +Vita is not. % increased life is not.
