All bows are available for pgs. The Windforce is ofc alot more expensive than the others.
Buriza
Eaglehorn
WWS
Goldstrike
Lycanders
are all hell viable.

You could maybe add Mavina to the list if you're lucky.

Personally, I wouldnt use Mavina before any of those. Ofc, you can make it work, but with or without price in mind..the others are better imo.

Windforce could be had, but you'd have to convert those pgems into puls or ums and then trade from there. But, it is possible. Just very difficult, plus it's a rare drop after all.
Faith is a HR bow, so naturally, won't just trade for pgems since it takes HR just to make the thing. Basically too expensive. Plus, it's likely a dupe or uses duped HR's anyways. If that matters to you.
Eaglehorn is pgems. Not many either. Seriously cheap.
Buriza is a few pgems. Ultra cheap. Completely end-game too still.
Other bows can be had of course too, but I would put them below these two. Buriza and Eaglehorn are the ones that are pgems to get and have scalable damage, ie, the higher you go, the higher they go. They will pass the 300+ and 400+ damage marks depending how you do things. The other bows simply won't do that or even get close. Other bows need various auras/gear to get their damage as high and usually require massive speed to make their lower outputs equate to actual kills before you get yourself killed or swamped. Eaglehorn can be made to go very fast. The buriza has lower req's, can be up'd to do more damage (though then it has higher req's) and can be used by level 40's. For pgems, I'd go for that.
Special mention goes to Harmony runeword. Get a 4 socket crusader bow and make Harmony and you have a very good bow for very cheap. You can buy all of it with pgems very easily. Hell, any 4 socket bow. I just mention the Crusader because it's got great damage for it's req's. You can make it in a crossbow too if you like. Get nice damage, elemental damage, and sweet Vigor aura (amongst other things). Check it out.
Note: I have several buriza's. I'd be happy to give you one for free.
Cheers, :)

Thanks for the kind offer.
Like I mentioned in another post, i am now using a Buriza that was thrown on the floor together with a Duriel's shell.
I think I will start to try getting an EagleHorn. I'm in US West.
3-8 PGs hmm.......
btw, whats the estimated % of duped Windforces?

Est. duped % of WF on Bnet approximately 99.9. (just like everything else on there)
If you trade for 1, expect it to be a dupe (and be prepared for it to go poof - unlikely, but it does happen). Comfort can be taken in the fact that the HRs you spend will be duped also.
I was ultra lucky enough to find WF. The only way to guarantee the legitimacy of items is to find them yourself.
Eaglehorn is a good choice, but have a look at the Harmony runeword as advised earlier. I have made 1 and used it for a while and its not bad at all.

I can see that Harmony is a great bow to deal with PI. However as its does not have scalable max damage like Buriza or Eaglehorn......will it be powerful enough for hell.?
A crsader bow is like damage 14-63.......so with 250% ed will be like 49-220 ?

Another reason that I am keen to change from Buriza to another bow is coz
1) Imo, Zon looks prettier with a bow.
2) I have spent like 12 points on pierce. WIth Buriza's 100% pierce, I feel like I have wasted the points.
3) Bows can reach a faster firing rate.

I ended up charsi'ing a Buriza last night after trying to give it away for free in several "noob" games...
On last ladder, my first bowa used a Buriza with wws on swith (for amp damage).
End game arsenal for PGs! Requires a defensive player though :D

On Europe a Wf isnt commonly duped. Its 99% safe on Europe.

i wouldn't think WF's are commonly duped on any server. most bnet noobs all want faiths.
i used to use a lycander's aim before i got my WF, and i liked it. i know alot of people like the WWS, but i actually preferred a lycander's+atma combo better. higher bow damage and greater chance to cast amp.

I just got my EagleHorn.
I paid a Shako for it.......
I know......i think I over paid.
I just saw a couple Lcyander for 12pgem and a buriza for 6pgem
so the deals are definitely there
I've personally have used WWS->Buriza->Eaglehorn->Wf and my opinion is
WWS - Good fast bow (with 2shael), but lack any significant damage if you never activate the amp damage (which I hardly did for some reason).
Buriza - Really high damage, the pierce is nice, the freeze on target makes up for it's lack of speed IMO
Eaglehorn - Good damage, Ignore Target Defense is useful if you lack AR
Wf - High damage, knockback, mana leech
I liked the WF so much I decide to make another Zon with Faith, Fort, CoH :)
On Europe a Wf isnt commonly duped. Its 99% safe on Europe.
I'd say that's true on East also.

Seems to be a big difference of opinion on the 'duped %' of WF in Europe. Maybe i'm just too paranoid about it.
I was always led to believe that dupes were especially rife on euro server, particularly for highly desirable items such as WF, perhaps my info is flawed and it would be safe to trade for better gear?
Reading this thread, it amazes me how much you guys know about these bows. It is a comfort to all that there is this much information out there a few key presses away. More power to the Amazon.
As I said earlier Eaglehorn is a good choice, but keep looking for that WF (or trade for it if you're feeling brave). Good luck and happy hunting.
