Does lvl9 PvP exist?

I was wondering is it common for anybody to do lvl 9 dueling?
If so where can I find opponents?

or in general what are the common LLD levels?

I am new to LLD, but this is what I have gathered:
Level 9-15~ VLLD. (Of course, level 9's mainly want to duel with level 9's)
< 30 - LLD.
< 49 - MLD.
> 50 - HLD ?

yes lvl9 pvp exists.

it's kinda funky at that level actually. you see weird kookie stuff like Sacrifice Necros (don't laugh, they hit BLOODY hard)

edit: sequoia, generally, MLD stops and HLD starts as soon as you can pick-up a CtA. so lvl 57 is HLD, lvl56 is MLD.

but then again, there are a lot of different opinions on that. some people/communities consider lvl37 to be lld.
