I'm quite sure most would consider amp charges BM.

Not that we will ever agree what is and what isn't BM.

Eh. Charges (especially from something like gavel) are one of the few things that seem to be universally considered 'bm'

If you're willing to sacrifice 6 slots for Gavel, sure why not :)

thats easily 200+ HP gone and quite some resi/ar.
