Ray's High-End Item Auction (FT: 1.12 SC RWM/RRM items, ISO: Runes)

Ok folks, here's the deal. I'm working on making the perfect Auradin, the only Auradin here at the Single Player Forums. So, I need a Sur, and an Ohm rune to achieve what I need. If you know me, you know I'm pretty lazy when it comes to running for runes. Instead of doing that, I'm going to auction off some of the items I've got laying around in my stashes.

4 and a half hours to go....and no action whatsoever...

Am I way over-valuing these items?

I'm not sure if you are over valuating them, or people just don't have Ohm's lining their pockets!

Even with my HF rushing, it seems like it takes awhile to get Ohm/Lo. My last set of seven netted me 1x Mal, and 1x Pul, next highest was Lem, but it takes ALOT of Lems to get even to a Gul!

It's probably that Mang and Astreons are more or less grail items, something you wouldn't use on your char because there are cheaper and better alternatives. While Ohm is a valuable rune.

Well, it's a matter for timing for me. I'm about to start hellforge rushing for runes to create a Grief.
You've got a good roll there so I'd be happy to pay full rune value for that one, But it's a good month or so at least untill im at that point. So if that helps you out, I could even break it into any rune combo as you well know, a hundred or more hell forge rushes = lots of runes up to Gul.

Pretty much the boat I'm in as well (other than the fact that I don't HFR) - I would've liked to have enough to bid on the Grief & even thought about sending Ray a PM trying to haggle something out of him... but I don't think I have much to offer that would fill in the proper gaps and make my bid NOT low-ball... a Sacred Targe or two and maybe a Burning GC of Sust or two (I have 5 Burning skillers with +life, and 0 in the other sorc trees :p), one of my spare Schaefer's and/or the ~Ohm+Ist/Gul that I can cube already.

PS. Ray, I think I got a Gul for my Mang's when I auctioned it, and the roll was decent (like yours)... Ohm seems a little high for an asking price, in my opinion. Although I haven't auctioned the Astreon's, I'd think ~Gul is about right there too.

I think might help you next time you throw an auction:

Mang Song's Lesson* GUL-VEX (one of the rarest uniqies in the game)
Astreon's Iron Ward GUL-VEX (depending on the roll)

- Items with asterisk (*) are items that are not very useful on characters, but their innate rareness makes them valuable for either bidding wars on a particularly sought after item or for people who are searching to trade for grailers.
