superior akaran targe

Hey guys,

was recommended by the guys in the trade value forums to check up with you guys, whether or not the following targe is worth anyting for a low level dueller:

superior arkaran targe (4 sox), req lvl 26:
52% enhanced damage
118 to attack rating
13 % enhanced defence
increase durability

No. Ed% needs to be 60%+.
