Hey, I'm poor. New to the whole zon thing but it looks like fun. Any insight would be appreciated.

Make poison/furyzon if you want to kill LI-monsters fast without infinity ;)

I think lightning fury/freezing arrow hybrid is the way to go if you lack gear. It should kill faster then poison.

Most definatly. There was a thread floating around here about a Java soloing hell with cracked Javs and standard gear.
