View Full Version : Passion bow?
I know its main thing - the zeal and berserk - dont do any good to bowazons, but what about the chance to flee and the enormous blind?
It seems like this would pretty much make a strafezon or a multizon able to sit back and pepper anything she wants without it being able to retaliate, between running away and not being able to see crap.
Is that how it plays out in-game?
It won't be the fastest killer I guess, but should be very safe. You could make it a theme to annoy critters as much as possible and add knockback, slow, freeze and things like that. Some cold and poison charms are always a given.
I'm making a similar build at the moment, but Passion didn't cross my mind, so thanks for that idea. I might use it.

Yeah, the Fearazon has been done in the past, but mostly with the "Silence" runeword, although I'm sure Passion should work as well.
The fearazon uses melee though, and lightning strike.
There's also a guide (or actually 2 I think) to the medusa-zon in the stickies, if you haven't checked it out already. About a zon who uses all kinds of immobilizing mods

I meant the Curseazon. :p
Too many silly names to remember them all.

Heya,
Passion is a good runeword for it's cost. Though ultimately you could get a ballista for like 3 pgems and do way more damage, be faster, and have it right away. Harmony is a really nice and fun rundword too. Good damage, vigor and elemental damage. Plus a buff to your Valk. Good times.
Then there's the really fun (and expensive) way to do it:
Silence Crusader Bow.
Armor/Helm full of Poison facets.
Inventory full of massive poison damage small charms.
Blind 'em and watch 'em die.
Cheers,
