Nova/Thunder soso .. How ?

I just saw some crazy nova/thunder storm soso that owned all in public duel. She had incredible fast cast rate .. like 4 novas in less than a second. She also had conviction aura ( how ? )
I want to build nova/thunder soso but i dont know how . Pls help me with stats gear and skills
