noob question about run/walk speed

i ask mainly for bowzon(perhaps javazon too),i heard around 150-170 w/r speed is important for this buid,but how on earth to able to get that?
bower will wear fort(no w/r),30 w/r helm(if lucky...on ladder), 20 from cat'eye,
20 from wt,so i assume the rest is from sc,but then you still have to deal with resist problem,and fine/sharp vita sc too.so......am i thinking wrong?
or bower just happen to have -resist for pvp build?

Maybe im wrong but i dont find big use of resists for my bowzon ( glass type - lots of dex puny HP ) i still die from one hit ( only frozen orb cant 1 hit ko me ).So i have like 6-8 Frw sc the total frw is around 110 im trying to get it at least 135 but that is hard. My resists are - 50 ( 2o res from torch 30 from forty ).

Don't forget about 30 frw on titans (shield switch)

my nitpicky side wants to point out that travs have 25 frw. also some people would prefer 40frw boots or 30frw with res.

res mods are prefixes, while frw is a suffix, so you can get both frw and res on a single charm

hopefully you won't need 20 resist charms. you should just be aiming to max fire and lightning res with 5/11 scs, as cold sorcs will pierce through res with mastery and wwsins are probably too rare to prepare for.

get res on your rings and gloves to supplement your charms. you can get res boots if you want an easy swap.
