Holy Freeze and Pvp

Hey everyone. I have searched the forums about this but I seem to be getting different info.

How slow can holy freeze slow someone down in pvp? How does it stack with 'enemies slowed by' mod or decrepify? Do resists effect how you are slowed or just damage? How does the 'cannot be frozen' mod affect holy freeze in pvp?

How slow can holy freeze slow someone down in pvp?

it slows their movement and attack speed, possibly their FHR too, but NOT fcr.

How does it stack with 'enemies slowed by' mod or decrepify?
all of these will stack, it is possible to reduce someone to a crawl.

note: there IS a cap on the "slow target by x%" mod.

Do resists effect how you are slowed or just damage?
just damage

How does the 'cannot be frozen' mod affect holy freeze in pvp?
CBF does nothing for you when hit by Holy Freeze.
