does + to mana work on minion kills?

Does + to mana work when your skeletons and or other minions kill things? I had something that gave +1 to mana after each kill and it didn't seem to be working when my skeletons would kill something.

No, +Mana after kill doesn't work on minion kills, neither does +HP (demon kill) or any of the other modifiers (MF still counts). The same applies to Druid minions, and Assassin Traps, as the game treats them as immobile minions with no health.
