Which charms should i be using :) ? name them no matter how expenssive/gozu they are, cause im in doubt

Enough Pcombs to reach 11-12k hammer dmg, then 20/5, or 20/11 scs. Along with Anni and torch. When you HvH duel, fill up your inventory with Pcombs to get the most out of your hammer dmg.

I would go with Pcombs to 9k, then 18/5s or 19/5s.

This is assuming pubbies. If you duel privately or something, customize 20/11s or Pcomb Lifers as needed.

20/5 is 20life / 5res i am thinking, could be 5fhr too. uhm.... 20/11 i can only guess 20life 11mana? but if it is so id go with 20/17 for life/mana as thats max.

20/11 is 20 life and 11 res to a single element like 20 life 11 cold res sc :)

Now that we're talking PvP hammerdin
I am level 89 atm and i maxed following
Hammers
Vigor
Blessed aim
Concentration
1 point in holy shield

and i got 12 skills to use, but i need to be sure what to put em' in
im making this pvp hammerdin the imbaness! so everything gotta be perfect.

Most likely not :)

Cookie cutter solutions are either lightning resistance aura or holy shield. Is your character going to be ladder or non-ladder?

edit @ below - I'd probably go with holy shield, having significantly higher defense helps vs barbs and NL barbs tend to have better charms and hit a lot harder. Many will probably disagree it'a a matter of preference really, similar to charm selection or required hammer damage.
