Some necro questions

Hey guys, I'm making a pvp bone necro after a looong while, I read some good guides here.

I have some q's though - since I'm starting out, can I afford to go maxblock or I should just dump everything into vitality? Also, how much dex do I need to get maxblock anyway?

Another question. I don't see anyone in the bone necro guides mention iron maiden. Why? I think it helps a lot vs melee chars so I don't know why not put just 1 point in it.

Personally, i prefer to always go max block. It just seems to save me a lot. Plenty of people choose full vit though and still do awesome, it's personal preference. A lot of bone necs use spirit vs casters and stormshield vs melee for the max block. It's really up to you though, stormshield isn't particularly hard to get.

Iron Maiden has terribly been nerfed, and does basically no damg if they hit you while its on. There is the chance to IM them and make them hit one of your summons/bone walls and that could really hurt them, but Iron Maiden is usually considered bad mannered anyway so i wouldnt use it.

Hey thanks for the answers. You just haven't told me what should I aim my dex for?

Oh and how come IM is bad manner now? I mean you say its nerfed, and I don't remember it being bm when it wasn't.. so ho come it is now?

Well, i can't really tell you the exact dex you need. You can find a calculator or the formula, but i've forgotten it. Just keep adding stats to dex until it says 75% block when you hover over it. Keep in mind you need more dex each time you level up.

IM is considered bm in dueling because its just a retarded move that makes people kill themselves almost instantly. Just like life tap is usually considered bm. You can use it if you want, but expect people to get mad at you.

anything you do that wins a duel is automatically BM. this includes, but is not limited too: moving, attacking, namelocking, casting any spell, casting any prebuff, use of any equipment, spending of any stat point, use of any skill.

/sarcasm.

in other words: pub idiots will crai no matter what you do, so decrepify away to your hearts content.
