Hey all! It’s been two weeks since series one ended, made a couple concept wall arts, Tyrael (http://diablo.incgamers.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=1343&cat=550) and Imperius (http://diablo.incgamers.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=1419&cat=550). This week I thought it best to kick off the series on Sept 1st new month new start.
This series I went back and looked at a few things that bothered me, and some of the fans of the series. Here is the run down:
Blurriness

It was one factor. Some of the images I really didn’t have a larger file to work with. In the future I might still have issues but I hope it with be so bad.
Sharper Runes

Old Runes _____________________ Sharper Runes
I took a step back and looked over my older walls and saw how blurry those runes in the circle were. So I decided to use my sharpen tool, and they came out a hell of a lot brighter and more clearly. I still plan to make them better in the future!
Nameplate

Old Name Plate _____________________ New Name Plate
The older walls I just put my name and blizz’s name along with the name of the person, good or evil that was being shown in the image. I thought you know what those older walls looked kinda plain. Let’s make a nameplate and make this series standout more. So I did. I took screens of the website, some of the concept art trailer, and game play trailer, and had a little fun. The end result is a place for the name of the person. Below that you see the blizz logo on the left, my icon for which series the wallpaper is for, and a small d3 logo on the right. Lastly; I have my alias at the bottom, below all three.
Newer changes will be coming for the class wallpapers as well; you’ll see ‘em when I post them. Can’t wait for blizzcon, new class or two revealed ftw!
Let me know what you guys think of these changes and any suggestions you might have in the future, remember you guys help me improve my wallpapers for you to enjoy!
