smite/ dueling help

Im fairly new to this, dueling that is and im finding it pretty hard getting into it. everyone i fight keeps killing me in like 1 second. I have looked at a few guides on how to build them but never the less i still get owned.

My gear is:

Grief Pb
Enigma
Gore riders
dracs
shako
ravenfrost
bul-kathos
pmaras

I have 2.5 k live when i Bo, 30,000 deff, 2.2 - 3.1 k smite damage, 45 resist all, and so far i cant seem to do any damage to anyone really ...
Im thinking right now its because of my lack of crushing blow ? if so what would you change to fix it :)

i see a distinct lack of a SHIELD in your listed gear.

kind of hard to smite without one.

in answer to your crushing blow issue, perhaps switch the shako for a Guillaumes Face (Orphans Call set helm)

oh man im sorry, i have exile vortex shield, and hoz on switch, but right now im using hoz as main :)

lolz, oops, i noticed you're after pvp help (hence, CB is kinda useless, guilly face is a pvm smite hat, not a pvp one).

first thing i see is your extremely low life and very marginal resists. what charms are you using? what base is that enigma? what belt do you use?

about the best advice i can really give you is to read Camden's Awesome Smiter guide. (http://diablo.incgamers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=534560) (the best pvp smite guide i've ever seen, i used it except i use an up'd HoZ as my main shield)

Well right now I have two combat Gc's with 20 to life each, I have two resist all Gc's with 5 Dex each, Hellfire torch, Annih, but right now i need to add a lot to my life i know that, im still searching for them, and i also switched to using my fort last night, which i do a lot more dmg with, my resists right now are 65,65,65,70 so there a bit better :) I will read the guide, oh and for my belt i have verdungos, which i hope to craft my own belt soon.
