Few questions if some one could help me out.

Just started making a avenger and i am currently going to be using full gris set and was wondering if Facets would work or should i stick with ED jewels.

I am also looking in the future to get other auras like dream and dragon rune words was wondering if it would be better to get 2 dreams or one of each ? cause i was thinking dream helm dragon armor phoenix shield and cresent moon weapon. or am i over thinking the setup complete and should head in another direction ?

so overall i am going for
20 veng
20 conviction
10/10/10 lighting fire cold 1 salvation

and rest in to prereqs and holy shield

gear i would like is
dream helm
dream shield
dragon armor
+2 pally ammy with mana leach
x2 raven rings
lava gouts gloves
treks
verdungo belt or tgods not sure yet.
weapon need help on that was thinking cresent moon.

for merc i was thinking faith bow a1 to help the slow speed hitting.

any thoughts?

ED or Facets in the Griz set...I choose neither. Use Shaels or IAS/ED in the weapon. In the armor I'd consider getting some DR% using Bers, straight DR using Sols, or more IAS jewels depening on BPs.

* Dual Dreams are a cool options, so no arguement there.
* Don't use Dragon armor. An Ormus, Fortitude, Treachery, or even G Angel would be better overall.
* Highlords would be better for the IAS and +1 skill.
* Why 2 Ravens? You don't need the AR, so more than one is pointless, consider a rare with mana leech or a BK for the skill boost
* Lava Gouts get a thumbs up from me, but a really nice rare set with 20% ias could be your best option
* Treks are good, but there are many interesting options. WTs add offensive pop that make them many people's first choice, but unconventional options like Marrowwalks offer lots of stats and a source of lifetap for those really nasty fights
* Either belt can be a solid option, but don't forget the lowly Sting of Ears, they may be your best bet depending on your other gear
* An Avenger Weapon needs big speed and damage and that means eBotD zerker or warspike for those with the requisite funds (solves leech problems too). Oath is a solid second for the budget minded.

Regarding the merc, I prefer to use loads of IAS gear on the Pally to reach at least 9fpa. Since the max attack speed you can achieve with normal attack is 8fpa, I don't think Faith gives you that much bang for the buck. IMO you are better off getting holy freeze to dramatically slow down your enemies. Use Doom on a Might Merc, or a Holy Freeze merc with whatever weapon you like.
