Ive got a lvl 92 windy druid for pvp and my nados do about 7.4k dmg and have like no affect on anyone I duel I tele on top of them then spam nados and still its like I barely hit them, and then I stand back and spam nados while ppl run into and still show little affect, WHAT IS WRONG HERE... my druid gets owned in duels!

You're misaiming probably. 7.4k Nados won't "barely" effect anyone, it should be a noticeable dent, even against BvCs. Just practice aiming Nados and see if that's the problem.
The items isn't the only important part on a PvP char - you have to be able to play it as well. Don't underestimate druids just because you can't aim ;)

I've got an 85 Windy druid who beats just about EVERY opponent he comes across. Perhaps you're lacking something other than Damage. Fhr ? Max block ? Fcr? Res ? I do 7.3k Nados and they definitly hurt people.
As the others than PvP is combined of two things. 1. Gear and 2. Skill. Without skill the best gear in the world won't help you. If you're new to druids I suggest seriously practising. You can't expect to throw together a character you've barely used and "own" everyone. It takes more than that. Start with monsters, or friends of yours. Practise different teleport paths.
The problem with using Tornados is the 'nado path is unpredictable. There's nothing you can do to help it, unless you'd like to give up your dignity and turn to certain programs. But you'll get used it it.
Are you being both offensive and defensive ? Offensive is what you seem to be doing, teleing on top of people and using nado. It's better to use that method against bowazons, sorcs (aside from fireball) and Pnb necros. Etc. Defensive play is better against enemies like smiters, other druids, hdins. Etc. Cast nado, tele, cast nado, tele, cast nado, tele, leading your opponent into your nados as you continue to tele away from them.
If you don't already have max block, I could see some problems. It helps A LOT against melee types and bowazons/ww sins.
BUT all of what I tell you comes from personal experience. Which you can only gain by using your druid a lot. I suggest reading ALL the wind guides for info on every type of duel and to practise what you read.
I think if you use him enough, you'll come to find that Wind druids are very versatile and an excellent dueling character. With minions, a hefty oak life source, hurricane to slow enemies close to you and a large amount of physical - non absorbing damage - they're very well rounded. Remember to try and have stashed items for different classes. I hope you give druids another chance :)Good luck.

It's been stated many times elsewhere that Druids simply don't stack up in PvP at the later levels. I've had only one Druid over level 60 (a rabid werewolf), so I couldn't say too too much. I had an Aldur's Rhythm (3 soc, all Shaels) and after hitting rabies on one monster I used the Zeal skill (lol I forget what it's called) and it was stunningly fast. I didn't lose many fights, but that's because Rabies just plain rocks, IMO.

Nado's are retarded and just fly every where, but when I aim I click and hold on my opponents name, so I guess theres another way to aim

Maybe you're bad?
But seriously, you have to practice, youll eventually get the trick of the nados, windys are one of the most dominant PvP classes when played by a skilled person.

If Tornadoes went is a straight line then Windies would be the Hdins of the current D2 pvp world. If you are having difficulty it is because you have only used him a few times, and written him off because it is not a point and click character.

Whether you click on their name or not, nados will still go in random paths. It's better to get them beside you and shift-nado. Honestly though, like I've already said, if you've used him enough times you would be used to this and practise makes it better. Losing isn't the end of the world, the better you get at using him, the less times you'll lose.

You need to learn how to walk before you run, practice more with it and get good, you cant "tell" someone how to get the feel for something.
Watch my Aldurs wind hybrid vid in that... mm, Hurricane Bear post right below this. if i can get kills running around without teleport using a stupid set lol, then surely you can do it with a more well rounded build & gear.
Your tactics are whats lacking, I proved that all the best classes can be taken down.. just relying on pure agility, guerilla tactics, walk-run tactics, dodging and recasting CA, using your environment at times, etc.. now go make it happen.
btw, if you're gonna post something like this you should list your gear and overall stats (max block, vit, etc) and life. Give us something to work with
How are you guys getting 7.4k tornadoes? Mine do 5-5.3k but I am setup for MF with +20 skills (shako maras enigma spirit hoto arachs anni/torch 4skillers).... but even so, the most I can think of would be another 3 to the helm with a +5 tornado pelt, another 2 from 2 sojs, another 1 from a +3 ele ammy, and another 3 skillers is the most I could fit...
so thats +29 skills total.. and in the skill calc I have that is accurate for my dmg that shows as only 6.8-7k
Where are you squeaking out more skill points to get to 7.4k tornadoes?

Either you TMC or you roll with 12 frame teleport / nadoes.
I suggest reposting this in the PvP forum. The people there are generally much more knowledgeable about pvp'ers.
FYI the two standards a druid wants to hit is
163 FCR / 174 FHR (w/ spirit)
e.g.
2/3 pelt
enigma
spirit Monarch
Suicide branch / wizzy
trangs
arach
2 * FCR ring
2/18 FCR ammy
Dancers
or 99 FCR / 99 FHR (w/ MB & spirit)
2/3 pelt
enigma
SS
Hoto
2/19 FCR ammy
arachs
bloodfist
2 * FCR rings
dancers
etc

well druids do ok, windys are a tuff fight for alot of class's. but if your doing poorly the problem might be that your new to the class (dont mean this as a flame but everything takes time to get good with)
keep at it, im manly a PvM guy but i have seen some mean windy druids out there

Forgot to throw in the magefists I guess, didn't think of them because they aren't + any skills, which was what I was listing. The 110Fcr works well enough for me. 30Fcr on spirit.
If I lack, i pick up my 2x fcr rings in stash + 2/10fcr ammy.
