PNB PVP - To block Or Not To Block

So, I've read both guides that are stickied in reference to PNB PvP Necs, but I am still undecided as to go vita or block. For most chars I choose block, but am unsure so far.

Currently My gear is:

Shako (empty socket)
MP Nigma
Perf Hoto
29 Mara
Arach
14/14 Treks
Trang Glove
10fcr/str/res/etc ring
either raven or 10fcr/dex/res ring
homonc
19/19 torch
14/11/8 anni

Now as you can see, I do not get 125% fcr or 86 fhr. The setup is mostly just a PvM setup so far (homunc for res, raven cbf). So, as my search continues for a 2/20 circ (30mil gambled so far) I am now ready to start focusing on PvP gear.

I just reached 93 and have all spear/spirit/teeth/synergies maxed, 1 clay golem, 1 golem mastery.

Right now I have about ~1100 life with no charms, and 200 stats saved up. Base str/dex/energy.

I think I have enough to trade for a better anni, and some Pnb charms w/ life or fhr. Also, i have about 8-10 scs with 15-19 health.

So...... For you PnB'ers that PvP..... would you recommend max block or all vit? I will mostly Pub Duel and such, unless someone can recommend a nice duel channel (or such). I see the benefits in both, but am still undecided. For most pub duels which would benefit me the most?

Any experiences you can share will be greatly appreciated. Thanks again

pub duels max block would benefit you the most, but without pnb lifers your life will be pretty low. If you can get the lifers, go max block. If not, max vita.
