GC Reroll Question

I wasted about 40pgems on rerolls yesterday on a TRAVI NM Grand Charm. Good enough on the first reroll i got a +1 passive and magic skiller to amazon. As I kept re-rolling the charm, the mods kept getting crappier and crappier.

So my question is:
Does re-rolling the charm make the ilvl of the charm go down?

nope, the ilvl stays the same with the 3-pgems + magic item recipe.

The 6-PSkulls + rare item recipe does lower the ilvl though. So Diadems are about the only thing this recipe is consistently useful for (because they always have access to level99 affixes - always).


FYI, the rough odds to reroll any +skill charm with what you had are probably about 1:25 rerolls (or 75 PGems)... 40 PGems really isn't that much; what you noticed was just a small streak of bad rolls.
