Hi
I'm building an LLD CS Zon, and I have a question. Is it better to go for twitch (52 ias bp is hit) or Peace (2 zon skill) ?
Here is my current gear -
Peasant Crown
Telling of Beads
1zon/2jav/30ias Maiden Javelin
Peace MP or Twitchthroe
Rhyme Grim Shield
2x SoJs
String of Ears
Cow Kings Boots
Stats with Peace MP:
CS dmg: 1 - 1353, 7bolts
Life: 873
52fhr bp
30ias bp
Dodge/Evade: 44%
Stats with Twitchthroe:
CS dmg: 1 - 1194, 7bolts
Life: 918
52fhr bp
52ias bp
Dodge/Evade: 40%
To me it seems like twitch is the way to go. Suggestions?
Amazon foryms perhaps?
Anyway I guess twitch is better
But use titans instead. Very easy to get. First I joined a trading game with my untwinked level 52 sorc. I had an io, shael, amn, thul, and alot of other low runes. A guy offered titans for trade, I showed all my runes and he accepted. Really cheap. They were a low roll, but the replenishing mod is the one that matters
Then I created my javazon, and in like the second game I created an assasin came and gave me free titans. So untwinked and my highest level character not even 55 I found myself with 2 titans. You shouldn't have such big problems I think

easy question to answer, which gives you more damage per second? go with that one. having higher damage at a slower speed or lower damage at a faster bp.

You missed an important factor: Do you have max block with peace on?

Yep. I added a little too many points into dex without finalizing gear. Will have to remake eventually ..
@cdm: Could you elaborate a bit?

Well...
at 30% IAS you have 2.2 aps at 677 average damage per bolt = 1489 damage per bolt per second.
at 52% IAS you have 2.5 aps at 597.5 average damage per bolt = 1493 damage per bolt per second.
so they're both the same really damage wise. I'd say Twitch gives you a slightly more rounded character so would probably go that way...

Eh my limited understanding of LLD tells me there's no reason to go +skill over anything else? This is no exception.

Well, for characters that are highly elementally based, +skills will be what makes or breaks your build. The +AR from the zon skills would help as well. However, speed will almost always be what decides a duel. Twitch will more than likely play a roll hitting three major breakpoints for you.
Also, the CS doesn't really mean much when your main damage is elemental. It shouldn't really even be a question from the seems.

heres suggestions to consider
sheal sigons shield
deaths gloves + belt for the 30ias, cbf, and mad psn res
+2 peace
those are some decent javs btw, but please get a better ammy., please
be real carefull about dodge... lock sucks vs fast melee, id even recommend no d/a/e since its checked before block
also
"a switch wep for smiters, try a +3 skill 6 socket maiden spear with 6x shaels in it to make it super fast."
90ias, bp @89 variation
"30ias from javs
20ias from twitch
10ias from goldwrap
30ias from sigs gloves using a second piece" (possibly sheal'd sig shield, or helm)

That's generally right, but hit recovery and interruption of casters are to be considered as well. The high variation of lightning damage will make you miss a couple of chances to force your enemy into hit recovery and it's rather easy to get fhr gear (Twitch, Bloodfists, belts, charms etc.), so I would go for more speed, even if it means a bit less damage.
I'm no pvp pro, however, so correct me if I'm wrong.

in my experience, speed matters. when confronted with marginal differences, pick speed.
