Advice on torches/keys needed

So, i recently started running Nihla and tristram, but im unsure on how to end up with as many runes as possible in the shortest period of time. If anyone have a link to a "torch-calculator" (like the affix one) itd be most appreciated.

1. Run destruction keys til I drop. Thanks to the static maps I can make around 30 runs/hour unless i get temp restricted. My average drop rate is 1:18 runs, 5 keys to make a set (i trade 1 dest for 3 hate/terrors), which leaves me at 1 mal/3 hours. (add some regular useful drops)

2. Ubertrist (including organs roughly 1 hour, budget smiter is struggling).
a) Iding the torches, what ive done so far, ending up with a loss compared to trading the keysets.
b) Trade the unid torch, missing out on the potential grand slammer, but making a mal in an hour.

Keep running trist and ill have to upgrade smiter eq as I can afford it, since he is struggling to say the least, Grief (read Lo) being the next investment.

Im leaning towards trading away the Unid torches, but after 7 or 8 non sorc or pala ones, they are bound to show soon enough.

Er, what's a Torch calculator?

My friend and I (who work together) have very seperate views. He likes IDing all torches, while I like selling them for Ist UNID (which is getting harder and harder due to falling Torch prices).

I got my wealth basically by:

Sell Torch UNID for Ist.
Trade Ist for 3x Um 1x Pul. (Since Ist only goes for 6 Keysets TOPS, and it's a hard hustle too -_-)
Trade 3x Um 1x Pul for 7 Keysets.
Generate two more Torches.
Sell 2x Torches UNID for 2x Ist.
Trade 2x Ist for 6x Um 2x Pul.
Etc.

He believes in IDing everything, and thus far he's identified:

5x Barbarian Torch
2x Paladin Torch
1x Sorceress Torch
1x Druid Torch
1x Necromancer Torch

We've both gotten to the same place using different methods. But truthfully, I think his method is better too. Statistically, IDing them *should* puts you at the same place as if you were to sell UNID, and in the process, you get to enjoy the gambling while hoping for a jack pot.

It also helps if you're good at hustling. Between the two of us, in three weeks we've generated a HotO, Enigma, Grief, and around ~10 high runes left on the mules for future use.

I think its better to sell them as Organ sets than as torches. Depends where you sell them though, as a lot of people like to use them as uber leveling.

I started off selling the torches identified, and I went through like over 20 torches before hitting our first sorc/pally ( a low stat sorc torch). We went on another drought of about 20 more non-sorc/pally torches before we hit a 20/18, 19/20, and 20/19 paladin torch. I wouldn't count on it though, but then again some people hit paladin torches in one try.

Like the guy above, I worked with a friend and we were non-stop smart trading to fund a cheap smiter and hammerdin.
