Lvl 55 Barb - What now?? (MF)

Hi there. My Conc Barb is lvl 55 and just finished act IV nightmare. It gave me quite a bit of trouble, so I don't think i'm ready for act 5. Mephisto doesn't drop very good items I've noticed, so I was wondering: what do I do now? just focus on leveling and putting my points in VIT? Is it worth going to look for treasure on NM? Thanks for your time.

Try to MF some useful gear from NM Meph or Andy (especially if you bugged her). If it's particularly tough then gain some levels from Baal runs first - though you should have that in mind anyways. You can get some decent items from NM - I won't run it just to get items for wealth but more to gear up your char in its current state.

Keep Baaling until you feel comfortable to start hell, if you really find it tough wait untill 75+.
