FHR & Werewolves

I have a fury wolf with 90% FHR (shael'd rock stopper & duress). I noticed you need 86% to have 3 frames and 280% to get it to 2 frames. Is 90% enough or should I shoot for more? Is it even realistic to get 280% FHR?

Werewolves have one of the BEST, if not the BEST, FHR rates.

Most guides suggest going for the 3 frame FHR breakpoint (86%), but even the 4 frame FHR breakpoint (42%) is very acceptable. Heck, if you think 90% takes too much out of your damage, you can even drop back to 4 frames. A 3 frame FHR animation is already *very* good for both PvM and PvP.

Although 280% is possible... it's definately not necessary.
