+Poison dmg and deadlystrike?

I heard that +poison dmg from charms will effect your deadlystrike on a barbarian. Any truth to this? What about venom from last wish?

no it does not, deadly strike and critical strike are modifiers to your physical damage

I know they don't add physical dmg. I was questioning whether or not there was a bug that prevented deadly/critical strike due to the poison.

Nope, that's just one of those myths that pops up from time to time.

maybe you are confusing this with the fact that the poison dmg length is reduced by venom(if you use greif) on your barb.

The lastest myth is cold damage now lol.

BvB for example can be so random (win/loss) some times. In one game you'll swear something works much better,then in another, the same things don't work as well- even vs same players.

When someone gets an idea about something, like poison/ds, it's hard to convince them otherwise. If a good dueler is owning your char, and because he's better, you believe him/her, then the myth lives on. When in reality, your actually loosing, or gonna loose, for other reasons unrelated.
