i wonder if there is any cube recipie for making a cracked item into a normal item? And if there is, what is the recipie?

1 Eld Rune + 1 Chipped Gem + Low Quality Weapon = Normal Quality Weapon of same type
ilvl = 1. That is, regardless of what the ilvl was beforehand, it will be set to 1.

1 El Rune + 1 Chipped Gem + Low Quality Armor = Normal Quality Armor of same type

The ilvl part is important if you're planning to socket it. Also, staffmods will re-roll.

yes. anything "cracked" will be a low quality armor. You wouldn't say your house would be high quality with a cracked foundation would u?
