Quick Lifetap Question

Does life tap leach of the elemental damage you do as well?
I know it works for crushing blow but what about say you have a sword and it does 200 lightening damage, would that get leached back?

I would guess it doesn't, but I am not sure.

I have a similar question. Does it work with Berserk (magic damage?)

It only leeches from physical damage.

Physical damage does not include crushing blow either. Only pure physical
