Can you get gg boots from craftings?

Safety or blood recipe i suppose. Talk high tri resists 30 FRW 10 FHR type boots. anyone know or have seen?

Crafting gives you a maximum of 4 extra affixes. Thus you can't get high tripple resistance boots with 30 frw and 10 fhr. However, you can get high tripple resistance - where fire can be up to 50 - with frw or fhr. Or you can get high dual resistance with 10% fire res and frw and fhr.
So for general use, I'm afraid rare's will outperform them.

However, this doesn't mean they have to be useless. Life steal on boots can be useful, certainly if other mods like resistance aren't as important. Other interesting idea is caster boots who offer extra mana, increased maximum mana and mana regeneration.
As said, some may prove useful though if you are after the true gg boots, certainly on bnet, rare's are where you want to find them.

Crafted items can get only 4 random affixes while rares can have up to 6, so the chance for all four of them being good are rather low - far lower than the chance for 4 out of 6 being good. The fixed affixes on crafted boots are crap IMO, so there's not really a useful crafting recipe for them.
