high whirlwind for decent price?

I just needed a barbarian for finding full rejuvs in nm cows for my uber trist runs, so I decided to make a whirlwind barb and use full ik to cow run. However, I completely forgot about the cold damage that full ik does, so whenever i whirlwind through a group I rarely leave (if any) bodies to find potion from.

I'm not willing to spend too much on this barb (it is just a potion find barb after all), so I'm wondering whats a good set of equipment I can get that can easily and quickly plow through nm cows. This is actually my first barb (sad that its only used for potion finding), so I'm not very knowledgeable with barb equipment.
