Gold finding barbs?

i wanted to make a char that got alot of GF
but i mean, what can a barbarian with chancies x2 blades of alibaba and such do for dmg? can it kill anything, what do it do to get his gold from

allso, is barbs the best option, if i wanted to make a GF char?

and a list of the best GF gear would be Neat aswell, if you got the time :thumbup:

Yes, barbs are the best option. Gold find necros are bleh.

Gold find barbs don't fight themselves. They wield ali abas and warcry the enemy so they get shocked and while they are taken aback by the stunning powers the merc pokes 'em all to death

ok, iv read some GF guides now and, they all say diffrent thinks, as usuall

do i go warcry, WW or frenzy?

Some people don't like letting minions do things for them and want to fight themselves. Depends on your personality. I think warcry seems the best

The best thing to do is have the ali baba's on weapon switch and use find item. Having a strong merc also helps. But with find item alone, you usually get around 10k from unique/champion monsters and 20-35k from the trav guys.

What usually works best for me is heading out to the pits and start finding item'ing things with my ali baba's while the merc does the killing. Better drops and lots of gold.

i allso wonder if i sould use Leap or Warcry (if warcry is the stunning thingy)
iv heard on comments that leap is very good crowd control + the councils in Trav wont be abel to spawn hydras, but no guides tell me to put anything into leap

Most goldfinders use a decked merc and aid it with either Leap spamming or various warcries (nothing says you can't do both, though). If you do want to start whacking, you can go with 2x 5 socket runemasters, but you aren't going to be doing much damage in Hell. In nightmare, a decked merc can solo travincal in under 10-20 seconds, so you can just stack massive goldfind and relax, whereas in Hell you have to do a lot of merc management, potting, and actually put yourself in danger - but the rewards are greater, in terms of charms, jewels, and as a friend claims but i have never found with my goldfinder... high runes.
