New to PVP Barb, Questions

Hey everyone. I am making a BVC barb and I have a few questions.

1. How many points should I put in leap for stun range?

2. Is leap attack a viable way to kill in PVP?

3. Do I have to equip my ebotd first or on a certain side and then my beast? (Are these the best weapon combo for WW PVP barb?)

4. Would leaping to people then WWing be effective or is teleport much beter?

4. if you want to be slow, totally predictable and give people plenty of time to get out of the way...
