First time this has ever happened to me.
Made a quick Hell game to do some stuff, and I realized I still had not done my den quest, so I decided to quickly get the extra skill point. I go into the den and right away something feels different. I tele around killing all in my path, and finally come across that corpse fire guy. His boss pack is not its normal size though, he also has fallen that spawned beside him. No shaman just fallen. Well anyway shoot first ask questions latter, i fry him and all his bad guy friends, and suddenly the quest is done..... But the quest isn't done! There are still a pile of zombies in the den. I decide that this is a little too weird, so I take a few screens

Without finishing them, I tele the rest of the den. Looking back I remember what felt different about it this time, there were no fallen packs, no shaman at all, and no fallen other then the boss pack, no where.
Has any one ever had this happen to them before? Is this just some weird instance of lag? Am I really this drunk? Three beers? You gotta be kiddin me!
EDIT- Any way I just finished the quest and nothing else strange has happened since, quest reward and all was normal, still curious however, has any one else ever gotten this?
