Über Frenzy Sword Barb Ready... Almost

So, I've been working on my Übers barb for a while now... He started out as a mace barb, but then got remade into a sword barb.

By now, I've got myself Arreats, Duress, Gore Riders, Dracul's Grasp, Thundergod's Vigor, dual Raven Frosts, Highlord's Wrath and for weapons: Grief and Last Wish.

All of a sudden, though... I realize I don't have any mana leech at all. Originally I was going for Grief + Death, but Last Wish looked so much cooler (even though it took ten times longer to get). But with Death went my mana leech.

Where can I sneak some mana leech in? I was thinking mav's belt maybe... Not sure if that would be too big of a step down from Thundergod's, how ever.

What do you guys think?

I'll double check, but mana leech doesn't work on Ubers.

Apparently my memory is a little spotty, Uber mephisto is 100% resistant to leech, but I suppose you could technically leech off monsters around you. I would advise against it however, as what you would want to do is howl everything away, and take out the ubers one at a time. With good gear you shouldn't need that many potions.

Correct. Leech doesn't work on ubers. I'm not sure how much ias you need to hit the frenzy breakpoint, but when I use ebotdCB and edeathCB I need 65ias to hit the limit. So my ias comes from highlords, arreats with the jewel, LoH gloves, and Nosferatu belt. Of course, I've done ubers with maybe 45ias sometimes and it works fine, so 65ias isn't absolutely necessary.

If I were you, I'd get Fort armor for the 300%ed, and Laying of Hands gloves for the 300% damage to demons and 20ias. Since your Lastwish is your source of life tap, you don't need the draculs. Socket the arreats with a 40ed/15ias. Make sure to use howl every once in a while so you are not surrounded by minions, otherwise you'll be landing fewer attacks on the bosses.

So far frenzy barbs have been my favorite to uber.

I went into Übers without any mana leech... Diablo and Baal were cake. However... Meph's raping the **** out of me.

Any tips other than more resists since the portal is already open. :P

put both of them in phase blades

Um... if your going to state facts, making sure they actually are correct is usually a good idea don't you think?

Of the 3 minor ubers: ALL are life and mana leechable
Of the 3 major ubers: ALL but Mephisto are life and mana leechable

Where you people get your ideas/facts from only god knows.

Also, the reason mephisto rapes you harder than the other two, is because your resists have just bottomed out, so suggesting fort as a good idea, is a bad idea.
Chains of Honor is the Frenziers armor of choice, because it has: Mass resists, life leech, ED% damage, Damage Resist %, Str boost, + skills.

If you have massive elemental and physical resists stacked up from other sources, fine, use fort, but where are those sources? And are they enough?
