Best character for running for running Nihlathak?

Whats character/build/optimal gear is best for doing Dkey runs safely and efficiently? I've read that a Barb does really well with Max DR and all he does is fear the mobs around Nihlathak while he annihilates him, but I'm not sure if thats such a good idea in hardcore. Any insight on this is greatly appreciated!

And teleporting is an option for me.

D-Key Runner
I've heared a baba is a very good D-runner. It looks like Conc / Frenzy / Zerk barbs are botter for this thing cause they can kill Nih himself without touching minions, but I've heared WW is very good also - is he?

does nith not drop keys anymore. i know he has a 1/11 or 1/12 chance to drop a key but i would think that after 50 runs i would get at least one. (http://diablo.incgamers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=506877)
