quick question about crafting

hi,

today i talked with someone and he told me that u cant craft with rare jewels.
i know that u cant craft rare amus, but in last ladder im pretty sure i used rare jewels to craft...
so the question is... can u craft with rare jewels?

It doesn't matter if the jewel is magic, rare, or even unique. They all work.

ok so i remembered right :P, just thought blizz might have changed it in the last patch.
