Hey barbarians! Having played BvC for some time now I recently found a very cute shield and fell in love with using shield instead of two ugly zerkers!
So, my conclusion was to remake my NunBuster (yes, that is his name) into a BvA. I haven't found a guide about BvA's so I'll shoot off a few questions concerning gear.
For starters, I have all the classic BvC gear. CoA, grief ba, beast ba, enigma and so on. My plan was to use basically my bvc gear, but switching beast to a rare shield I found with these stats:
Deflectormod 30/20
53 life
20 cold res
15 fire ress
2 sox (atm jah jah)
Why I want this shield is because it's blue-looking and I like odd rares. However, I'm thinking I might have to BerBer it to get max dr with Coa which is Ber + 9/9/-15 req jewel ie. 23 DR in it. I might switch arach for verdungo and use 2barb/20 fcr amulet but that'll mean I lose either angelic ring/amu/raven combo or 20 deadlystrike/35 LR from highlord/raven/raven combo...
Any thoughts on this? Should I screw it and go good old boring stormshield?
Also, if I use Storm and no coa, how viable are those good looking redcolored 5-6 bo/ life / ar helms?
I need gear help! Standard armaments, viability of my own thoughts and so on. I'm calling out the good BvA players to help out.
