Psn/Java mini guide

well ive looked at diffirent skilll alocations and gear possobilitys and my character is now lvl 60 and she is killing in hell solo at a nice pace, so i decided to write up a guide to as she is more than just a wierd fun build.

plauge javelin is actually better than poison novaa imo even with necros lower resist. It works great with pierce.

this is based on hccl, my zon is untwinked (first high lvl char on hccl 1.12) and with low resists she is surviving and killing fine in hell.

Skills

20 lightning fury- this is your only lightning skill. 20 point with pierce it will kill just as fast a pure light zon that maxed all the synergies.

20 poison javelin- only a synergy for plauge javelin i think in lod they use it for pvp.

20 plauge javelin- your backup skill against lightning immunes, or for single targets. its more than viable with pierce. 1 plauge in a group of monsters example the beetles in act2 hell kills them all over 10 seconds with only 5 points to poison javelin (maxing eventually for now my plauge is fine)

10 pierce- more or less depending on your gear

dodge evade and avoid- your choice. not too many skill points here depends on your gear. look up at battle.net/diablo2exp to see what %chance for each you want

6 valkyrie- with my gear (imagning what ill be able to acheive when i reach hell cs) this is all you need. lvl 8 gives her a lance so she can do dmg and kill the occasioanl light/psn immune boss.

i think thats all for skills, mabye 1 pnt xploding arrow if u get chanted for fun.

the gear i intend to use endgame (lvl80+ its hc!)

resist fhr r/w boots, hotspur
fhr resist belt
ias resist gloves, bloodfist
throwing javelins

+2 skills are needed imo to kill, of course i am killing fine atm with no |+skills soloing hell act2 it is a walk in the park

so i wouldnt reccomend itharas set.

plz post any comments and i recommend u try this yourself, if you want to solo hc that is.

hmm.. I guess one could also solo CS with this build, granted he would have another acc for a teleer?

u wouldnt want a teleer to solo cs u owuld want to be boed and walk through river. soloing cs will take some time, but with a oncviciotn pally or lower resist necro you would be able to do it. or make a pubgame riverwalk

and yes this zon is fun

I meant that the sorc would only HOT and then the plaguezon could take it from there, but you think it's not possible without BO? I'm making my BO barb as we speak anyway :P

I guess the pick-hack abusage is not that bad on the HC-side..

Bo and tele are useless, play the game as it should, solo or party with someone. I doubt any barb will come to CS with you and actually do some killing with todays IM damage. Conviction is nice but if the pala was hammerdin the monsters would die faster :)

Btw I have LOD HC plague/LF javazon and have to say the plague javelin is dissappointing. Even with the +skills and stuff in LOD it's god damn slow. Stupid idea to put like 2-3 sec delay on it and have 12+ second duration on the poison. Atm she has like 9000 poison damage but it takes 12.5 seconds to deal that damage.

Only low hp low poison resist monsters die fast with it. Anyways the biggest annoyance I've found with my javazon is the monsters that don't die with the big pack, the leftovers, so I have to go charged strike them or slowly kill with plague.

Arent the monsters immune to poison at the river of flames? Can you kill the light immunes, after you poison them? (e.g. the ghosts)

Yeah they die to poison. And in fact they are the ones that die fast to those. But abyss knights take a long time to kill with the poison :(

monsters in lod are much tougher than in classic. my zon died at lvl 60 but in 1 player games she was killing in act2 hell with plauge javelin, maxed w/ no + skills and lvl 10 psn java 1 plauge was all it needed to kill the monsters in canyon of magi

Yeah maybe it's that. In lod i guess u need that botted/duped uber gear to manage in hell with all those +20 to skills and -resist **** :( my javazon got killed by hacks to wp at 83lvl:(

Playing this on EUHCL at the moment. Level 40 and having a lot of fun with it. I've actually not invested anything in valk just yet, how necessary is this?

I guess it doesn't.. at least when u also have lower resist on necro.. I guess it's better skill to prevent monster regening cause the duration is so long.
