Cerebus' Bite, is it good for anything...?

Title says it all... I have found 2 of these now, and I was just wondering if they were useful for a certain build and if I can use them to trade with :P I have a windy and I know that it isn't useful for that build, but are there other ones that it may be useful for...?

It's not better than Jalal's for a Shifter/elementalist.

A good +AR% one would be great for a Hunter variation, though.

They can be helpful in a shifter pvp duel against a high def pally/barb, but there is not many times they get pulled out.

its good for a shapeshifter when facing high def chars in pvp. although i dont think its any good if the ar bonus isnt over 100%+.

Its sorta a luxury, most players dont use 'cause they can't compensate for the stats lossed from jalals, but if you can I'd recommend. I can so I use it a lot.

The damage from OW is pretty nice.. its proportional to your clvl too, so if you can get your char lvl 90+ it just keeps getting better. the duration lasts 8 seconds and can't be stacked, but its pretty substantial... somewhere between 2,000+ PvM, which actually comes out to like 300-400 damage in PvP.

Sounds pretty petty, but you're dueling a barb and you can keep him bleeding the whole time, it adds up to almost 1k. Duel an ES sorc.. keeps bleeding through her mana shield (oops, she only has 1k life too bad >.<)
overall most practical?.. prolly not, but I like using it, andit looks stylish

Bears tend to use it since their AR is crappy >.>.
