Cows again anyone? Perhaps they'll pick on a different farm animal?

Probably a black landscape with black enemies where no sun shines. The enemies are "rabid D1-fans". Due to their hate of light and color, they are mutated to some sort of Hidden monster.
Or a landscape like in gummi bears, all shiny and colorful. And enemies similar to gummibears but with huge shoulderpad armor attacking you with "The Ashbringer" and yelling "You are not prepared!". And reviving all the time as long as you didn't capture their graveyard.

Or may be something more familiar to Diablo fans...

Hundreds of corrupted Griswalds, Deckard Cains, Charsis, and Geeds attacking you with Wirt's Leg weapons.

Secret Cow level was in D2 as a joke on the D1 rumour.

Better do something new this time.

I actually thought this was a real suggestion on reading the first line.

I remember walking into the 'black landscape' whenever the game would lag. It might be a neat side area that emulates that little lag issue in an actual area.

(1) The chat gem will actually do something.
(2) There will be an item called the Standard of Heros....it will still do nothing.

A Pink Dungeon, complete with rainbow, and at the bottom, "The Super Udder of all Milkings!" Basically, a pink dungeon... that induces bewilderment, it would be the shock of a lifetime, pure fright, I could imagine people pissing in their pants - they'd bolt so quickly.. Now that would be the Ultimate easter egg. The reward, a glass of milk... builds strong bones..

I am thinking about Blizzard doing the "Mischief accomplished" spell from Harry Potter everytime some one ask about the gem.

Hehehe. Also, I assume you mean "Mischief managed"? I didn't read much Harry Potter, but I did see the movies.

I would hate to see a level with mobs from WoW... that would be disgusting.
